Role Overview: The Business Development Specialist will be pivotal in implementation and nurturing of business relationships, acquiring high-caliber clients, and managing both local and international events and activations. This individual will embody professionalism, strategic acumen, and exceptional interpersonal skills to enhance the company's reputation and ensure seamless execution of initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management

  • Identify, pursue, and secure potential clients aligned with the company's target market.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients to drive loyalty and long-term engagement.

  • Lead negotiations, presentations, and discussions with clients and partners to secure contracts and partnerships.

-Initiative to spearhead in Market Research.

Business Development

  • Develop and execute strategies to follow up on leads and expand into new markets and segments.

  • Monitor industry news, trends, and developments to identify new business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to design and implement business

development strategies.

Event and Activation Management

  • Plan, oversee and ensure flawless execution of events and activations locally and

internationally.

  • Align all event elements with the company's brand values and objectives.

  • Manage resources, timelines, and team members involved in events to achieve desired outcomes.

Team Leadership and Collaboration

  • Manage and develop the branch appointment.

-Mentor, spearhead, and manage the branch team (designers, marketing, and sales team).

  • Collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive and efficient operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Design related degrees. Preferably with a Graduate degree or units from reputable institutions.

  • At least 3-5 years of proven experience in business development, real estate, design, sales, marketing, or related roles. Experience in the hotel and resort industry is an advantage.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

-Having an established network in the field of furniture, real-estate, architecture, and related field is a plus.

  • Professional and polished appearance.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Availability for international travel and flexibility for extended hours as needed.

Working Days and Hours

Monday to Thursday 8:30 AM - 7:30 PM

Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 AM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php45,000.00 per month
