We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Specialist to drive the setup, configuration, migration, and ongoing optimisation of our eCommerce platform.

This role is a functional/technical hybrid — not purely a developer role, but one that requires deep SFCC expertise, the ability to collaborate closely with developers, and a strong understanding of how to align platform capabilities with business goals to ensure seamless operations.

Salary: ₱30,000–₱40,000

Work Setup: Office-based / Onsite

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the migration and setup of the Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C platform
  • Configure platform settings: catalogs, pricing, product hierarchies, promotions, and user roles
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure smooth technical delivery
  • Manage sandbox environments, assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and coordinate release planning
  • Monitor system performance and proactively troubleshoot platform issues
  • Align platform features and functionalities with sales, marketing, and customer service objectives
  • Train internal teams on SFCC backend operations and processes
  • Document workflows, feature releases, and support procedures

Development & Integration Tasks

  • Develop, configure, and maintain scalable SFCC B2C solutions
  • Work with SFRA (Storefront Reference Architecture) and/or legacy SiteGenesis
  • Integrate custom cartridges, APIs (payment, CRM, ERP, shipping), and backend services
  • Write clean, modular code using JavaScript, ISML, , JSON, AJAX
  • Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, debugging, and implement security best practices
  • Prepare technical documentation, manage deployment pipelines, and support roadmap planning

Certifications (Preferred/Required)

  • Salesforce B2C Commerce Functional Certification (highly preferred)
  • Salesforce B2C Commerce Architect Certification (a plus)
  • Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification (beneficial)

Experience & Skills

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (formerly Demandware)
  • Proven experience in B2C Commerce architecture, implementation, and platform management
  • Deep understanding of SFRA, platform limitations, and commerce workflows
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, ISML, JSON, XML
  • REST/SOAP API integrations and third-party connectors
  • GIT, Jenkins, CI/CD tools, and version control systems
  • Experience with integrations like Klaviyo, Stripe, Adyen, NetSuite, and SAP
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Order Management System (OMS) and CRM tools
  • Strong communication and business analysis skills — able to bridge technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience working in Agile environments, using tools like Jira, Trello, and Confluence
