You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance WordPress-based websites and web applications that deliver an exceptional user experience.

Job Type: Full-time | Morning Shift (7 AM – 4 PM) | Fixed Weekends Off

What You'll Do

  • Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and services.
  • Optimize website speed, security, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and project managers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve WordPress issues.
  • Review code and mentor junior developers.
  • Stay updated on WordPress trends and best practices.
  • Build and maintain WooCommerce-based e-commerce sites.
  • Integrate platforms like Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.
  • Customize WooCommerce themes, plugins, and features.
  • Create Python scripts for scraping, order sync, and reporting.
  • Work with RESTful APIs, JSON, and automation tools.
  • Ensure responsive design and mobile compatibility.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to improve UX and conversions.
  • Use Python for data analysis and inventory tracking.
  • Enhance site speed, UX, and security.

What We're Looking For:

  • Must be a Pampanga resident preferably (On-site work)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 3–5 years of WordPress development experience
  • Strong in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
  • Deep knowledge of WordPress core and plugin architecture
  • Skilled in responsive design and cross-browser support
  • Familiar with Git and project management tools
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • WooCommerce and e-commerce development expertise
  • Proficient in Python, with experience in automation and data processing
  • Familiar with Flask or Django
  • Experience in scraping, automation (Selenium, BeautifulSoup), and AI recommendations
  • Knowledge of MySQL and database management
  • Able to handle inventory sync and real-time order processing
  • Understanding of SEO, CRO, and UX/UI
  • Bonus: Machine learning or predictive analytics integration
