Job Overview:
We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to provide essential support to our recruitment team. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering a smooth candidate experience.
You will be responsible for coordinating pre-employment requirements, maintaining accurate records, preparing onboarding documents, and supporting recruiters with various administrative tasks. Your contribution will help ensure the recruitment process runs efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Booking candidate medicals and coordinating schedules
- Monitoring reference checks (via our online platform) and ensuring timely completion
- Following up on required tickets, licenses, and qualifications for compliance
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records and updating candidate trackers regularly
- Supporting recruiters with various administrative and coordination tasks
- Managing the recruitment inbox, responding to queries, and escalating where needed
- Filing and archiving recruitment documents in line with internal protocols
- Preparing and dispatching onboarding packs for successful candidates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field is desirable
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar administrative or coordination role, preferably within a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience as an administrative professional in the blue-collar construction sector, with a strong track record in high-volume recruitment and onboarding, as well as end-to-end administrative support for workforce management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM or recruitment systems
- Strong understanding of administrative processes, with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage general admin tasks, including document preparation, record filing, and handling phone/email correspondence
- Proven capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively under tight deadlines
- A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and initiative
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Must be willing to work full time onsite at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City (Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM-3:00 PM).
