Recruitment Admin Specialist
We are looking for highly talented and energetic people to join our team
(ISR) Intelligence Surveillance, Reconnaissance Products, Inc. is an Electronic and Information Technology Company engaged in the importing, distribution, installation and after-sales servicing of electronic products and gadgets.
We are looking for someone who can handle the following responsibilities:
Full job description
- Can do volume end to end recruitment
- Willing to report to different locations when doing recruitment caravans, job fairs, etc
- Preferably with leadership experience
- Manage review and job requisition assignment for country supported
- Arrange interview schedules and briefings
- Set up required background checks
- Manage and track required candidate assessments
- Proactively report any trends on recruitment administrative requests
- Identify roadblocks, challenges and coordinate exceptions and proactively manage them
- Laisse with local people services to resolve any operational concerns / challenges
- Perform warm transfers to other non-HR groups, if necessary
- Proactively take part in delivering good client working relationships
- Deliver excellent employee experience and quality service
Competencies
- College graduate
- Experience in end to end recruitment is a plus
- Relevant experience in Recruitment Process Outsourcing is a plus
- Must have experience in supporting multiple countries
- Must have an exposure in dealing with Internal and External Clients, Hiring Managers and Stakeholders
- Must be able to work independently and can take ownership and accountability
- Ability to build positive relationship at work and with customers
- Able to represent the ISR core values and way of working
- Commitment to achieving high levels of service excellence and able to work independently or within a team or under minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment
- High attention to details
- Resourceful
- Working knowledge on the use of Recruitment Tools / systems such as Workday is a plus.
