The Sourcing Associate is responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging potential candidates for various roles within the company. This role focuses on building strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies, market research, and networking, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates to meet hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing

  • Use various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and recruitment databases to find qualified candidates.
  • Conduct Boolean searches and other advanced sourcing techniques to target niche talent.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Candidate Engagement

  • Reach out to potential candidates through emails, calls, and social media messaging.
  • Provide a compelling overview of the company and job opportunities to generate interest.
  • Pre-screen candidates to assess qualifications, interest level, and availability.

Collaboration with Recruitment Team

  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Share sourcing insights, market trends, and candidate feedback to refine recruitment strategies.

Market Research

  • Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring activities.
  • Identify new sourcing platforms and tools to enhance recruitment efficiency.

Reporting and Documentation

  • Track and report on sourcing metrics such as number of candidates sourced, response rates, and conversion rates.
  • Maintain organized records of communication with candidates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 1 year of experience in sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition (fresh graduates with internship experience may also be considered).
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
  • Strong research skills and knowledge of Boolean search techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
