Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Administrator. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure employee compliance, keep training and induction records up to date, and maintain seamless operations across internal and client systems. Key Responsibilities:

  • Review employee documentation within Rapid Crews and other software platforms.
  • Monitor and track completion of company and client inductions.
  • Use internal compliance reports to schedule training and send follow-up reminders to maintain workforce compliance.
  • Create and maintain new employee folders.
  • Upload employee documents into internal compliance systems, as well as RTIO and BHP systems.
  • Maintain compliance records in client systems.
  • Provide administrative assistance to other business areas as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field is desirable
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar administrative or coordination role, preferably within a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience in compliance, onboarding, and administration for blue-collar workforces, ideally in construction, mining, or major projects.
  • Skilled in planning, time management, and prioritizing urgent tasks; strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with client platforms such as RTIO and BHP systems (advantageous).
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written English communication skills.
  • Willing to work full time onsite at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City (Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM).
