Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Recruitment Administrator to join our Tasman Major Projects team. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure employee compliance, keep training and induction records up to date, and maintain seamless operations across internal and client systems. Key Responsibilities:

  • Review employee documentation within Rapid Crews and other software platforms.
  • Monitor and track completion of company and client inductions.
  • Use internal compliance reports to schedule training and send follow-up reminders to maintain workforce compliance.
  • Create and maintain new employee folders.
  • Upload employee documents into internal compliance systems, as well as RTIO and BHP systems.
  • Maintain compliance records in client systems.
  • Provide administrative assistance to other business areas as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field is desirable
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar administrative or coordination role, preferably within a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience managing compliance, onboarding, and administrative processes for blue-collar workforces, preferably within construction, mining, or major project environments.
  • Exposure to client platforms like RTIO and BHP systems (advantageous).
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Solid planning, onboarding, and compliance administration experience.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise urgent tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on addressing root causes and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Must be willing to work full time onsite at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City (Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM).
