About the role

Tovim Ventures Corporation is seeking an experienced Online Sales Specialist [B2B] to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for driving B2B sales through our online channels, targeting and converting high-value clients in the Cainta Rizal area. This is a key role that will contribute directly to the growth and success of our company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively identify and reach out to potential B2B clients through various online channels
  2. Conduct effective sales pitches and negotiations to secure new business
  3. Maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  4. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies
  5. Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis and new product/service offerings
  7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales processes and strategies

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in an online/digital sales role
  2. Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  3. Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales-related software
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and capitalise on sales opportunities
  5. Highly motivated, target-driven and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
