Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and respond properly and effectively to their inquiries
  • Scan items, process payments (cash, debit/credit, online payments) and issue receipts
  • Maintain accuracy when handling cash and balancing the cash register
  • Bag items carefully and assist customers with carrying out the items if needed
  • Resolve customer complaints or refer them to a supervisor when necessary

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • At least 1 year experience as a cashier or any other retail experience
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays
