What You’ll Be Selling Phase 1 – Systems Automation ($8,000) 24/7 AI‑powered lead intake CRM + case management integration 3‑week implementation Phase 2 – Marketing Services ($5k‑$25k) SEO & paid advertising Video production Social media management Target market: Law firms (PI, construction, business/commercial) in Texas and nationwide. Compensation Structure Base: Commission‑only (potential for base salary after 90 days based on performance) Commission Deals under $8k: $500 per closed deal Deals $8k‑$10k: $750 per closed deal Deals $10k+: $1,000 per closed deal Bonus Structure Hit $50k in sales in a month: +$2,000 bonus Hit $100k in sales in a month: +$5,000 bonus Earnings Examples Close 2 Phase 1 deals ($8k each) per month = $18k/year Close 4 Phase 1 deals ($8k each) per month = $36k/year Close 6 Phase 1 deals ($8k each) per month = $54k/year Add upsells (websites, SEO, video) and hit $50k‑$100k months = $60k‑$100k+/year Top performers can make $75k‑$150k+ annually.
