A Online marketing Staff promotes products or services over the phone, engaging with potential customers to generate sales, gather information, and build relationships. They handle inbound and outbound calls, answer customer inquiries, and persuade customers to purchase goods or services.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Fluent in BISAYA language (preferred but not required)
  • Graduate of any 4 year business related course
  • Experience in telemarketing, customer service.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear and confident phone manner, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits persuasively.
  • Solid persuasive and negotiation abilities to influence buying decisions.
  • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address customer needs.
  • Resilience and perseverance to handle rejection and maintain motivation in a sales-driven role.
  • Organizational skills to manage customer information and follow-up activities.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS office application
  • Professionalism, integrity and a positive attitude in all customer interactions.
