Required skills and qualifications

  • Fluent in BISAYA language (preferred but not required)
  • Graduate of any 4 year business related course
  • Experience in telemarketing, customer service.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear and confident phone manner, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits persuasively.
  • Solid persuasive and negotiation abilities to influence buying decisions.
  • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address customer needs.
  • Resilience and perseverance to handle rejection and maintain motivation in a sales-driven role.
  • Organizational skills to manage customer information and follow-up activities.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS office application
  • Professionalism, integrity and a positive attitude in all customer interactions.
