  • Leads and Oversees Facilities Staff/ Team Members

  • Ensures Building Code, City Ordinance/s and other Government mandated compliance

  • Acts as the primary contact for any building issues (climate control, odors, smoke, spills, damage, emergencies, equipment, electronic controls, circuitry and repairs)

  • Coordinates with the Building's Management in all its facilities related concerns

  • Responds to on- call facilities concerns of all departments

  • Monitors contractor performance and work closely with outside vendors and contractors to ensure work is completed according to specifications

  • Assists in maintaining building security and immediately responds to building Emergencies on a 24- hour basis

  • Solicits bid and quotes from vendors

  • Conducts routine and miscellaneous inspections regarding new installations, repairs, preventive maintenance, electrical and mechanical issues and the like

  • Oversees the safe atmosphere in facility by enforcing facility and departmental policies and procedures and taking proactive approach to risk management

  • Prepares reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

  • Other tasks/ functions that may be assigned by Facilities Head/ Company as per business requirement. These may change from time to time to reflect the changing requirement of your position and our business.
