Job Summary:

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operational activities of the company. This includes ensuring the effective deployment, supervision, and performance of account officers, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and client requirements. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills to ensure efficient service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure all account officers meet client requirements and contractual standards.
  • Monitor attendance, performance, and discipline of subordinates.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational efficiency.

2. Client Relations

  • Maintain strong communication and professional relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct regular client visits and performance evaluations of deployed staff.
  • Address and resolve client concerns or complaints promptly.
  • Support business development efforts through client retention and service improvement initiatives.

3. Personnel Management

  • Supervise Operations Supervisors, Coordinators, and other field support staff.
  • Ensure proper monitoring and evaluation of all deployed manpower.
  • Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews with the operations team.
  • Recommend disciplinary actions or commendations as needed.

4. Compliance and Documentation

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and client site regulations.
  • Monitor the renewal and completeness of contracts, permits, and clearances.
  • Oversee documentation related to deployment, client reports, and manpower movement.
  • Coordinate with HR for employee grievances and incident reports.

5. Financial and Administrative Coordination

  • Coordinate with Accounting and Billing departments to ensure accurate and timely submission of client billings.
  • Monitor operational budgets and control costs.
  • Support payroll validation through deployment and attendance verification.

6. Strategic and Continuous Improvement

  • Recommend process improvements for operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Participate in strategic planning, forecasting manpower requirements, and business expansion efforts.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends and performance gaps.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or any related field.
  • At least 5 years of solid experience in operations management, preferably in a manpower, facilities management, or service contracting company.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, client handling, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willing to travel or be assigned in client sites as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
