Job Objective:

  • Responsible for providing leadership relative to site EOSH performance as well as facility management, general upkeep and building maintenance to ensure full compliance to EOSH standards and other local government and legal requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for site emergency plan, readiness of the ERT and emergency exercises and responding to site incidents.
  • Responsible for the periodic inspection, maintenance, and repairs of any mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and AC systems to ensure optimal operating results.
  • Manages janitorial services and third party Repair and Maintenance Service Providers ensuring compliance to safety standards, quality and cost.
  • Interfaces with local regulatory and Government-authorized EOSH agencies and ensures compliance with Environmental regulations governing air, water, waste, and all other business facets.

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or any equivalent courses
  • At least 3 years working experience in warehousing, distribution or logistics industry under the same capacity
  • With functional EOSH knowledge in regulatory requirements, EOSH technical aspects (safety, industrial hygiene, environmental), risk management, behavior-based safety, training, auditing / program review.
  • With technical knowledge in electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems – diagnostics and troubleshooting
  • Knowledgeable in building and facilities management
