  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil
  • Proven experience (2–5 years) in facilities management, maintenance engineering, or related
  • Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and preventive maintenance best practices
  • With Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly advantageous but not required
  • With own Motorcycle or Vehicle for Roving.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php28, Php30,000.00 per month
