We're Hiring: Inflatables Sales & Event Coordinator

Location: Legazpi city, Albay

Type: Full-Time | Weekends & Event Days Required

Salary: Competitive

Sales, Promotions & Client Relations

  • Conduct on-site in-person visits to build relationships and showcase our package offerings
  • Proactively reach out to prospective clients across schools, colleges, corporates, and community groups.
  • Actively promote The Play Club Albay services online and offline
  • Distribute flyers and materials in schools, parks, clinics, and family hubs
  • Brainstorm and execute marketing campaigns that generate inquiries and bookings
  • Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and meet monthly sales targets
  • Track leads, conversions, and client feedback
  • Serve as main point of contact for all client inquiries (Facebook, Instagram, SMS, etc.).
  • Respond to inquiries, explain packages, prepare quotes, and convert leads into confirmed bookings
  • Build lasting relationships with families, schools, organizations, corporates for repeat business
  • Upsell packages and add-ons to maximize event impact
  • Handle basic documents, waivers, and payment confirmation.

Marketing and Digital Engagement

  • Create and post engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok
  • Schedule promotions and event announcement ahead of time
  • Run ads and boost posts to increase visibility in Albay and Bicol Region
  • Monitor insights and engagement to adjust content strategy

Event Execution and Operations

  • Coordinate and supervise the setup and operations of events, parties, and exhibits.
  • Assist with transporting, setting up, and packing equipment.
  • Manage logistics and team activities on-site (e.g., safety checks, schedule, flow, crew tasks).
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction at all events.
  • Maintain proper records of each event (attendance, incidents feedback, etc.).

Qualifications

  • Experience in events, customer service, or digital marketing (1-3 years preferred)
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and basic ad boosting strategies
  • Comfortable working on-site and leading a small team during events
  • Energetic, approachable, and excellent at client interaction
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Based in or near Legazpi City, willing to travel for events
