Job Summary
The Sales Head is responsible for leading and managing the overall sales operations focusing on real estate development. This position ensures that sales targets are achieved, sales strategies are effectively implemented, and the team maintains high performance and professionalism. The Sales Head plays a key role in planning, organizing, directing, and controlling all sales activities to drive business growth and profitability.
A. Strategic Planning and Leadership
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
- Oversee the formulation of pricing strategies, promotional activities, and market positioning for projects.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to guide decision-making.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent performance and achieve sales quotas.
B. Sales Operations and Management
- Set sales targets for teams and individual agents, and monitor progress through performance reviews and reports.
- Supervise and guide sales managers, team leaders, and agents in prospecting, client handling, and deal closure.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of sales reports, forecasts, and analyses.
- Maintain strong relationships with brokers, partners, and clients to enhance market presence.
C. Recruitment, Training, and Development
- Oversee the hiring and onboarding of brokers, sales staff and agents.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance product knowledge, selling skills, and compliance with company policies.
- Promote a performance-driven culture through coaching, mentoring, and incentives.
D. Coordination and Compliance
- Collaborate with Marketing, Documentation, and Finance teams to ensure smooth end-to-end sales processes.
- Ensure all sales transactions comply with company policies and government regulations.
- Coordinate with project development and customer relations teams to address client concerns and after-sales service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or related field.
- At least 5–10 years of experience in real estate sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of real estate sales operations, marketing principles, and industry regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Licensed Real Estate Broker (preferred but not required).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
