This multifaceted position requires a dynamic individual with a keen understanding of traditional marketing channels as well as proficiency in navigating the digital landscape. Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that integrate traditional and digital channels. Contribute to the development of annual marketing plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Traditional Marketing: Administer orientation sessions, which may include one‑on‑one sessions, in‑person meetings, or small group presentations. Execute traditional marketing campaigns, including print advertising, direct mail, and events. Forge possible partnerships with local schools, review centers, agencies and the likes. Coordinate with external partners for the production of marketing collateral and promotional materials. Monitor and analyze the performance of traditional marketing initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement. Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as social media, email, and search engines. Create engaging content for digital channels, ensuring brand consistency and message effectiveness. Utilize analytics tools to measure the performance of digital campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly. Content Creation: Develop compelling and persuasive content for both traditional and digital marketing channels. Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, resonates with the target audience, and drives desired actions. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing opportunities. Conduct market research to identify new avenues for business growth and customer acquisition. Relationship Management: Cultivate relationships with internal and external partners – media partners, influencers, and key stakeholders to enhance the company's visibility. Build strong customer relationships and foster loyalty. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on the performance of marketing efforts, providing key metrics and actionable recommendations. Use data‑driven insights to refine marketing strategies and optimize resource allocation. Expect to achieve the quota.
