The Marketing Assistant supports the Sales and Marketing Department in executing promotional strategies, creating marketing materials, and assisting in digital and print design projects. The role combines marketing coordination and graphic design tasks to ensure brand consistency, effective communication, and visually appealing materials that strengthen the company's market presence.

A. Marketing and Promotions

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing marketing campaigns, events, and product launches.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, advertising agencies, and internal departments for marketing requirements.
  • Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and materials to support sales initiatives.

B. Graphic Design and Layout

  • Conceptualize and design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, tarpaulins, social media posts, and digital ads.
  • Ensure visual consistency across all platforms in line with the company's branding guidelines.
  • Edit photos, create layouts, and prepare print-ready and digital-ready materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce creative content for social media, website, and promotional campaigns.

C. Digital and Social Media Marketing

  • Assist in managing social media accounts and online advertising content.
  • Help plan and schedule social media posts and track engagement performance.
  • Update company website content and promotional banners as needed.

D. Market Research and Administrative Support

  • Conduct simple market research to identify trends and competitors' strategies.
  • Maintain marketing databases, photo archives, and creative files.
  • Prepare budget requests, purchase orders, and liquidations related to marketing activities.

III. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, Communication, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing support or graphic design.
  • Proficient in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign and other marketing/ digital tools.
  • Strong sense of design, attention to detail, and creativity.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of social media management and digital marketing is an advantage.
  • Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php13, Php15,000.00 per month
