Account Executive

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Marketing course
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or account management (preferably in media or advertising)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications and basic reporting tools.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Represent the station to possible clients with dignity and integrity and report directly to the Sales Manager.
- Identify potential clients (agencies, direct and local) to generated new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research within the area to effectively identify selling possibilities.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities.
- Prepare sales proposal, contracts and other supporting documents in coordination with the Sales Director.
- Conduct frequent visit to prospective clients to monitor movement of proposals and new accounts.
- Responds to client concerns, complaints or suggestions and maintains harmonious relationship with client.
- Ensure that the monthly quota of Php 250, is met.
- Updates the department regarding development of assigned and prospective accounts.
- Receive Broadcast Orders (BO) and advertising materials from agencies and clients and deliver send them to the Traffic Department for implementation.
- Coordinate closely with the traffic department, production team, and clients with regard to the implementation of advertising campaigns and other concerns.
- Submit implementation reports, tape-on-air (TOA) and other requirements to the agencies and clients.
- Comply with the station policies with regard to the negotiated rates,
- Coordinate with the billing department and assist in the collection of payments especially to overdue accounts.
- Assist in the promotion, campaign and events of the station.
- Submit required itineraries, reports or any sales related reports.
- Attend scheduled departmental meetings.
- Perform other related tasks that maybe assigned by the Sales Director or any member of the management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
