Brief Qualifications & Primary Job Descriptions:
We're looking for a motivated Sales Executive for our B2B corporate travel sales. You'll manage client relationships, close deals, and deliver custom travel solutions for businesses. If you're a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to sales, we want you on our team
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales: Create and execute plans to win and grow corporate accounts.
- Understand Client Needs: Customize travel solutions that match client goals and budgets.
- Manage Proposals: Prepare accurate, competitive quotations and work with internal teams on tailored packages.
- Boost Revenue: Track sales trends and ensure profitability.
- Build Relationships: Act as the go-to for clients, from business trips to MICE events.
- Stay Ahead: Monitor market trends and competitors to keep our services top-tier.
- Collaborate: Work closely with operations, marketing, and finance to deliver smooth service.
- Report: Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve performance.
Skillset:
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships with corporate clients.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, travel management platforms, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- 3+ years in sales (2+ years in B2B/corporate travel preferred).
- Proven track record in hitting sales targets and managing corporate accounts.

Pay: Php30, Php45,000.00 per month
