Position Summary

The Senior Sales Executive will support the planning and execution of marketing and sales strategies for food product lines, primarily focused on the bakery and beverage sector. This role will drive sales growth, expand market share, and strengthen the company's positioning across assigned product portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop growth strategies and identify new market segments to increase reach and sales opportunities.
  • Acquire and expand accounts by identifying potential customers, building relationships, and driving new business year over year.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities and work closely with the Department Manager to recommend counter strategies.
  • Prepare annual sales forecasts, projections, and periodic reporting on sales activities and pipeline status.
  • Prepare product costing and quotations, and coordinate with Customer Service, Logistics, and internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery performance.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, Code of Conduct, Quality Management standards, and EHS requirements.
  • Promote adherence to company processes and guidelines across all clients and partners.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php70,000.00 per month
