Position Summary

The Senior Marketing Executive will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to strengthen brand visibility, drive customer growth, and increase market share and revenue across assigned product lines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and analyze key growth drivers such as active customer growth, cross-selling ratios, customer movement (new, reactivated, lapsed), AOV and purchase frequency.
  • Plan, implement, and manage local marketing initiatives to support business objectives.
  • Coordinate and align regional and local marketing activities with the Regional Marketing Head.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners in the execution of marketing programs, customer engagement events, and promotional initiatives.
  • Develop and produce campaign creatives, marketing materials, and content aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and optimize strategies based on results and budget considerations.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and competitor research to support strategic recommendations and reporting to the General Manager.
  • Manage eCommerce marketing efforts and drive strategies to increase online sales.

Secondary Functions

  • Support in pricing and customer classification decisions.
  • Assist in forecasting order volumes and sales projections.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php70,000.00 per month
