Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to handle franchise sales and retail food product distribution. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position comes with a competitive base salary, plus commission and incentives once sales targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell company franchises to prospective entrepreneurs and investors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with retail partners, distributors, and clients.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and expand market reach.
  • Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth franchise onboarding and product delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and pipeline updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in franchising, F&B, or retail.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Customer-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Compensation Package

  • Base salary (commensurate with experience).
  • Commission on every closed deal.
  • Quarterly Incentive once quota is met.
  • Annual Incentive for exceeding annual sales targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
