As we continue to expand, we're looking for an organised and motivated Marketing Assistant to support our campaigns, coordinate marketing activities, and help drive engagement across our digital channels.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our Digital Marketing Team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our digital marketing efforts, ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns, digital catalogues, and online content. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong eye for detail and creativity, and possesses excellent organisational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monthly Digital Catalogue Management:

• Coordinate the end-to-end process of monthly digital catalogues, including artwork coordination, quality control, and accuracy.
• Set up and manage digital elements, including website updates (banners, pricing, offer pages, GWPs).
• Publish digital artwork on social media and manage Google Business Profile (GBP) posts.
• Monitor and evaluate the catalogue's performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.

2. Email & SMS Marketing:

• Brief designers on artwork requirements and provide creative input for email designs.
• Set up and deploy engaging Email & SMS Marketing campaigns, including catalogue and other promotional artworks.
• Write persuasive content, copy, and subject lines to maximise engagement and click-through rates.

3. Artworks Management:

• Coordinate with designers and stakeholders for artwork conceptualisation, editing, and final publishing.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Proper scheduling and calendar management for the marketing campaigns.

4. Online Store Data Entry:

• Create, update, and enhance website pages, store locator entries, blogs, and other relevant sections.
• Coordinate with stores and head office to manage and optimise Google Business Profile (GBP) information.
• Ensure accuracy and quality across all online store data entries and provide effective GBP solutions.

5. Social Media Management:

• Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Team to plan and schedule social media posts aligned with marketing campaigns.
• Assist in creating engaging content, including captions, visuals, and videos, to boost brand presence and audience interaction.

6. Online Marketing Analysis:

• Assist in tracking digital marketing performance (social media and email marketing).
• Participate in providing actionable insights to optimise marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to provide input on design and copy.
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools.
• Experience in email marketing platforms and database management is a plus.
• Familiarity with Google Business Profile and SEO principles is advantageous.
