Job Overview: Marketing Assistant

The Marketing Assistant supports the execution of marketing campaigns, digital advertising, content creation, and event coordination to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth. This role involves assisting in administrative tasks, social media management, market research, and collaboration with different teams to ensure successful marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and proficient in digital marketing tools and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support

  • Assisting in organizing and coordinating marketing campaigns and events.
  • Managing schedules, meetings, and communication for the marketing team.
  • Handling marketing-related paperwork and documentation.

Content Creation & Ecommerce

  • Assisting in creating and editing marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Ecommerce assistance on monthly campaigns and In-app ads and livestreams.

Market Research & Analysis

  • Conducting research on industry trends, competitors, and consumer preferences.
  • Analyzing marketing data (such as website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance).
  • Compiling reports to support marketing strategies.

Event & Campaign Support

  • Assisting in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Coordinating logistics for marketing events and sponsorships.
  • Helping with advertising and public relations efforts.

Digital Marketing & Advertising

  • Supporting paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, email marketing).
  • Managing email marketing campaigns and customer databases.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Working with the marketing department and other departments to execute campaigns.
  • Coordinating with external vendors, agencies, and influencers.
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials.

Others

  • Working with the sales team to generate leads and convert customers of all Online, Offline activations.
  • Application of Quarterly permits for DTI, ASC, etc.
  • Assistance of other marketing related activities.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Atleast 1 Year min experience in marketing, advertising.

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Familiarity with marketing tools like Meta Ads Manager, or email marketing, Text blast.
  • Basic understanding of content creation, and digital marketing trends.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator)
