What You'll Do
  • Create compelling digital content – Craft social media posts, blog articles, product videos, and marketing materials to promote products like heat pumps, boilers, and industrial lubricants.
  • Translate technical into relatable – Turn complex engineering or industrial concepts into content that resonates with customers, decision-makers, and end-users.
  • Collaborate across teams – Work closely with marketing, sales, and product experts to develop and execute engaging campaigns.
  • Support branding initiatives – Help maintain a consistent voice across platforms while tailoring messages to fit specific audiences and channels.
  • Optimize for impact – Track performance metrics, A/B test content strategies, and continually refine your approach to maximize engagement and lead generation.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in content creation, ideally in a B2B or industrial setting.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills – Able to craft clear, engaging, and persuasive content across various formats.
  • Digital marketing know-how – Understanding of SEO, content strategy, and social media best practices.
  • Proficiency with creative tools – Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Adaptable voice – Able to shift tone and style depending on platform, audience, and campaign goals.
  • A passion for turning technical information into compelling narratives that drive brand awareness and business results.
