Senior Associate, Merchant Affiliations

Job Purpose
·Responsible in affiliating merchants under but not limited to eCommerce, POS, DCC, QR, B2B facility or whatever Merchant Acquiring product/s will be launch.
·Responsible for the needs and concerns of affiliated merchants and providing assistance to company promotions and projects within his area of responsibility.
·Conducts regular visitation to assigned merchants, ensuring that all immediate needs and concerns of the merchants are addressed properly and promptly.
·Recommends and undertakes disaffiliation of merchants (e.g. non-billers, those who fail to meet billings requirements, fraud merchants, those who surcharges or as recommended by CCAP).
·Performs cross selling of other bank services like auto-credit arrangement with an RCBC branch.
·Performs other duties that may be assigned by the immediate supervising Officer or as required by the job.
Job Requirements
·Graduate of any 4-year business course preferably Sales and Marketing
·With at least 2 years work experience in the field of Marketing or Sales
