Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Specialist, you'll be a key driver of our growth strategy—identifying new opportunities, nurturing relationships, and turning prospects into long-term partners.
- Lead Generation – Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach, social media, email campaigns, and networking.
- Strategic Selling – Design and implement sales strategies that not only meet—but exceed—targets.
- Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Research – Stay on top of industry trends and competitor insights to refine your sales approach.
- Closing Deals – Create and present compelling proposals that convert leads into clients.
- CRM Management – Track sales activities and maintain accurate client records in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration – Partner with marketing and other teams to align messaging and supercharge lead-generation efforts.
- Reporting & Analysis – Provide regular reports and insights to leadership to improve strategy and performance.
Requirements:
We're searching for someone who's both strategic and hands-on—someone who's confident in their ability to make a measurable difference.
- Minimum of 2 years in business development, sales, or lead generation (healthcare industry experience is a plus)
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Comfortable using CRM tools and other sales enablement software
- Highly self-motivated with excellent time management in a remote work setting
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, but not required)
