Overview

The HR Associate-Timekeeping & Benefits is responsible for the strict and timely implementation of timekeeping, government-mandated and company-provided benefits, and offboarding processes. The role ensures accuracy, compliance with labor laws, and enforcement of HR policies, while safeguarding employee data and supporting organizational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

DTR & Timekeeping

  • Monitor and validate Daily Time Records (DTR), overtime, leaves, and attendance.
  • Enforce compliance with timekeeping rules and resolve discrepancies with department heads.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data submission for payroll processing.

Government & Company Benefits

  • Administer and strictly monitor government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
  • Handle filing of claims/loans and ensure accurate, timely processing.
  • Enforce company benefit policies (HMO, allowances, leave conversions, incentives).
  • Coordinate with third-party providers and government agencies for resolution of benefit concerns.

Offboarding

  • Facilitate clearance process, exit interviews, and preparation of final pay.
  • Ensure strict compliance with clearance requirements before release of last pay and benefits.
  • Issue Certificate of Employment (COE), quitclaims, and related offboarding documents.
  • Maintain proper offboarding records for audit and compliance.

General

  • Provide reports on timekeeping, benefits utilization, and offboarding metrics.
  • Maintain employee data with strict confidentiality.
  • Support other HR functions when necessary while ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or Timekeeping.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, DOLE regulations, and government-mandated benefits.
  • Familiarity with other HR facets (recruitment, employee relations, training) is an advantage.
  • Proficient in HRIS/timekeeping systems and MS Office applications.
  • Proficient in specific HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, HRIS or similar enterprise systems) and MS Office applications
  • Must be eligible to work in Clark Freeport Zone
  • Fluent in English and Filipino (written and verbal) required
