•⁠ ⁠Execute onboarding process to newly hired employees includes but not limited to contract signing.

•⁠ ⁠Preparation of Training Agreement, employment contracts, termination letters, extension letters, movement letters, regularization letters and evaluation forms.

•⁠ ⁠Accurate encoding of employee information in the Employee Masterlist and HRIS.

•⁠ ⁠Timely submitting of monthly report and bi-monthly masterlist to Payroll Team.

•⁠ ⁠Consistent filing management for both hard and soft copies.

•⁠ ⁠Assisting clearance process to existing employees.

•⁠ ⁠Communicate with the Department Head for any HR related concerns.

•⁠ ⁠Accurate monitoring and process of Evaluation, movement and employment status.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent management of employee movement and transfer.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure the timely submission of weekly and monthly HR documentation reports.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition Team regarding pre-employment requirements and documentation.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent in handling sensitive and highly confidential information.

•⁠ ⁠Other instructions may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • ⁠Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of professional experience in Human Resource Administration is required, preferably with a background in HR Documentation.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
