About the role

Polystar General Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated Admin Billing and Collection Officer to join our team in our Taguig City office. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for administering the company's billing and collection processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, as well as maintaining effective financial records.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and sending out accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner
  • Monitoring account receivables and following up on overdue payments
  • Maintaining thorough and up-to-date financial records and reporting
  • Communicating with clients regarding billing and payment matters
  • Assisting with the month-end close and reconciliation process
  • Providing administrative support to the finance and accounting team as needed

What we're looking for

  • experience in an administrative or accounting role, preferably in a billing and collections environment
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent data entry and bookkeeping skills
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients
  • A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices in billing and collections
