The Billing and Collections Specialist is a key contributor to the estate's financial stability, responsible for driving on-time payments through proactive outreach, persistent follow-ups, and excellent customer service. This role manages overdue accounts, resolves tenant and client concerns, and ensures collection targets and aging benchmarks are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform consistent, proactive follow-ups with tenants and clients to ensure timely payment of all outstanding balances.
  • Achieve and maintain monthly collection targets, aging goals, and performance metrics set by management.
  • Handle billing- and payment-related inquiries with a customer-focused, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Coordinate with the Accounting team to verify billing details, payment postings, and account discrepancies.
  • Work closely with Property Management and Legal teams to address escalations and account risks.
  • Keep accurate records of communication logs, payment commitments, follow-up status, and collection activities.
  • Identify early signs of potential nonpayment and escalate or intervene promptly.
  • Recommend improvements that will enhance the collection process and strengthen cash flow.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 0-2 years of experience in collections or property management; real estate industry exposure is a plus.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to manage difficult conversations while maintaining professionalism.
  • Proven ability to perform persistent follow-ups and handle high-volume account interactions.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and highly proactive in meeting targets and driving results.
  • Experienced in dealing with tenants, clients, and external partners.
  • Willing to work on-site in McKinley Hill, Taguig City.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
