Office Management:

  • Assists in the submission of monthly, semi-annual and annual government reports
  • Assists in day to day activity for facilities/ office management to include but not limited to coordination with Building Admin, Security and Cleaning Team. Contact and Coordinate Vendors and Supplier's.
  • Office and Facilities Supplies purchase order and inventory Assists in the submission of monthly reports.
  • Reviews and requests payment and other payment related transactions. Supplies Management and Inventory.
  • Coordinates with IT for technology requirement

Fleet Management: - assists in day to day activities for fleet management including but not limited to:

  • Vehicle assignment/reassignment
  • RFID Monitoring
  • Accident Report/ Insurance claims
  • Monthly billing review / verification : petrol and RFID

Job Specification:

  • A Bachelor's Degree Holder
  • At least 2-3 years job related experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Exceptional perspicacity & keen to details.
  • Can start ASAP.
