Office Management:
- Assists in the submission of monthly, semi-annual and annual government reports
- Assists in day to day activity for facilities/ office management to include but not limited to coordination with Building Admin, Security and Cleaning Team. Contact and Coordinate Vendors and Supplier's.
- Office and Facilities Supplies purchase order and inventory Assists in the submission of monthly reports.
- Reviews and requests payment and other payment related transactions. Supplies Management and Inventory.
- Coordinates with IT for technology requirement
Fleet Management: - assists in day to day activities for fleet management including but not limited to:
- Vehicle assignment/reassignment
- RFID Monitoring
- Accident Report/ Insurance claims
- Monthly billing review / verification : petrol and RFID
Job Specification:
- A Bachelor's Degree Holder
- At least 2-3 years job related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Exceptional perspicacity & keen to details.
- Can start ASAP.
