Role Description

This role is for a full-time Healthcare Collections Associate located on-site in Taguig/Alabang/Quezon City. The Healthcare Collections Associate will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing accounts receivable, contacting patients and insurance companies regarding unpaid balances, and resolving billing and payment discrepancies. This role also involves maintaining accurate records of collection activities and ensuring timely follow-ups.

Qualifications

  • Completed at least 2

    year in college or 2 years Associate graduate
  • At least 1 year experience of handling US healthcare account – accounts receivable
  • Knowledge with the use of UB04 forms and/or CMS 1500
  • Experience in accounts receivable and billing processes
  • Strong communication skills for contacting patients and insurance companies
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records
  • Problem-solving skills to resolve billing and payment discrepancies
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with healthcare billing and collections
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus
