KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administrative / Finance:
- Manage daily office operations
- Handle sales tracking and expenses through QuickBooks
- Prepare, send, and follow up on billing statements and collections
- Draft and edit contracts and internal documents
Human Resources:
- Process employee payroll accurately and on time
- Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and timekeeping
- Administer employee benefits and HR-related compliance
- Assist in maintaining a positive and productive workplace culture
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in office management, administration, or HR roles
- Knowledgable in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- With understanding of payroll and HR processes
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
- Trustworthy, discreet, and detail-oriented
