BASIC FUNCTION

To ensures that all Trade Receivables are collected and booked on time. No long-

outstanding and contested accounts.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Reconcile the billing information coming Billings

and Collection Assistant from Operation versus the payroll register data coming from

Payroll.

  1. Submit the discrepancies noted in the reconciliation to the Billings and Collection

Assistant (Operations) for the resolution.

  1. Prepares the sales invoice once the discrepancies are resolved and forwards to

Billings and Collection Supervisor for the review.

  1. Issues the sales invoice to the customer and prepares monthly Statement of Account

Every 1 st week of the following month.

  1. Monitoring of outstanding Purchase Orders, if existing.

  2. Proper filing of invoices and pertinent documents.

REQUIREMENTS:

 Candidates must possess a least a Bachelor's / College Degree,

Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent

 At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

 Has relevant exposure in general accounting and/or financial audit.

 Highly proficient in MS Excel and background on Quickbooks is an advantage.

 Can work with minimal supervision.

 With good written and verbal communication skills.

 Willing to work on extended hours.

Job Type: Temporary

Contract length: 5 months

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
