Job Qualifications:
- Any undergraduate course (Admin, HR, Business and others)
- Excellent written and oral skills
- Able to organize, analyze, crosscheck, and validate information for accuracy and compliance.
- Proficient in Windows interface and Microsoft Office or any other equivalent software/applications
- Can manage confidential documents and have exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description
- Administrative Operations
1.1. Records Management.
1.1.1. Errand Request. Assist in errand requests per department and ensure to consolidate data weekly.
1.1.2. Trip Monitoring. Assist in ensuring that this is being complied with by the drivers on a weekly basis.
1.1.3. Foot Traffic Monitoring
1.2. Permits and Licenses
1.2.1. Assist in collecting documents for the processing of permits and licenses.
1.3. Supply and Inventory Monitoring
1.3.1. Assist in monitoring the supply and inventory such as office supplies, technical supplies, pantry supplies, and other consumables.
1.3.2. Ensure that supply and inventory on site are recorded and monitored.
1.4. Master Asset Inventory
1.4.1. Assist in monitoring and recording of KMC assets.
1.5. Manage Schedules and Meeting Room Reservation
- Procurement Process
2.1. Assist in sourcing and communicating with vendors for head office.
2.2. Assist in delivery of goods or services and ensure to acquire documentation for billing requirements of the Finance Department.
- Operations
3.1. Assist in daily operations of the head office.
3.2. Assist in events or activities in head office.
- Personal Development
4.1. Participates actively in KMC activities such as corporate meetings, trainings, social affairs, and other company activities.
- Others
5.1. Perform other related work that may be assigned by the Management.
This is a paid internship who can render 350 hrs and more.
Job Type: OJT (On the job training)
Contract length: 4 months
