- Determine the job vacancies and analyze qualifications needed per position
- Source potential candidates from various channels online and offline (ex. Facebook, Indeed, sikap, flyering, referral and jobfair)
- Advertise job openings on company facebook page, job boards and internal posting
- Conduct screening of applicants via phone, video call or face to face interview
- Create pooling of applicants
- Endorsement of most qualified applicants to clients
- Coordinate and resolve hr related concerns raised by hr counterpart and aoe employees
- Directly communicate and update hr counterpart on the on- process applicants
- Maintaining of Current Hr files and database (MRF and Recruitment Tracker)
- Ensuring emloyment checks and 201 files are completed
- Monitor and record daily attendance, absences, leaves, and overtime of all employees.
- Encode timekeeping data into the HR system or payroll software.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports.
- Check and validate employee DTRs (Daily Time Records) for accuracy.
- Coordinate with supervisors or department heads regarding attendance discrepancies.
- Process requests for leave, overtime, and schedule adjustments.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing accurate timekeeping data.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee attendance and payroll information.
- File and organize timekeeping documents and reports properly.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Officer or Manager.
