We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee the Human Resources department. The role involves managing HR operations, employee relations, and organizational development while fostering a positive workplace culture. You will supervise one HR Generalist/Admin staff and ensure alignment of HR strategies with business goals. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily HR operations, including hiring, firing, policy enforcement, and employee relations. Manage and mentor the HR Generalist/Admin staff. Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements. Spearhead Training & Development programs to support employee growth and organizational performance. Lead initiatives to enhance company culture and employee engagement. Manage compensation and benefits programs (progressively taking on broader comp & ben responsibilities). Handle disciplinary actions, notice to explains (NTEs), and conflict resolution in a fair and professional manner. Advise management on HR best practices and provide guidance on workforce planning. Support compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. At least 5–7 years of HR management experience , preferably in SMEs. Strong background in employee relations, training & development, and policy management . Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills. Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality. Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
