- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related
- At least 6 months year of experience in HR/Admin
- Knowledgeable in recruitment, payroll & admin works
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Willing to be assigned in MARULAS, VALENZUELA CITY
JOB SUMMARY
Provides administrative support within the Human Resources Department
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists with the hiring process.
- Helps to create and schedule employee training.
- Enters employee records into the company database.
- Maintains personnel records.
- Updates databases.
- Gathers payroll data.
- Complete administrative tasks, such as filling out paperwork and filing records
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
