Job Summary:

The HR/Admin Staff supports the Human Resources and Administrative departments by performing a variety of tasks that facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. This role involves handling employee records, assisting with recruitment, managing office supplies, coordinating office activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Human Resources Responsibilities:
  • Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings.
  • Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials, organizing training sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Benefits Administration: Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Employee Relations: Provide support in addressing employee queries and concerns, and assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
  • Administrative Responsibilities:
  • Office Management: Manage office supplies inventory, place orders as needed, and ensure the office is well-organized and maintained.
  • Documentation: Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents; maintain filing systems and ensure documents are stored securely.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and executives.
  • Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and facilities, and liaise with vendors and service providers as necessary.
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
