Key Responsibilities

  • Review financial statement (FS) packages submitted by Finance Managers of managed hotels and condotels, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with reporting standards.
  • Monitor financial and operational compliance of hotels and condotels with corporate policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and analyze consolidated financial reports, reconciliations, and management reports to support decision-making.
  • Provide financial oversight and guidance during property transitions, including onboarding and changeover activities.
  • Partner with internal audit and finance teams to enhance internal controls and strengthen risk management practices.
  • Offer temporary leadership and operational support during vacancies in key finance positions within managed properties.
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounting, ideally within the hospitality industry (hotels or restaurants).
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and internal control frameworks.
  • Proficient in accounting systems and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Willing to be based at the Corporate Office in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
