Position Title: HR Head

Location: Muntinlupa City (Office-Based)

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Head to lead our Human Resources department. This role is responsible for strategic HR planning, talent acquisition and management, legal compliance, employee engagement, and maintaining effective communication across all levels of the organization.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, capable of driving HR initiatives that promote a positive, compliant, and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Management

  • Report directly to the President and Vice President.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee personnel policies and procedures.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Handle employee relations, engagement initiatives, and support payroll and timekeeping.
  • Oversee employee clearances, final pay, and last claims processing.
  • Conduct orientations for new hires and ensure smooth integration into the organization.
  • Maintain complete employee records and handle performance evaluation processes.
  • Implement fair and consistent disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Provide support for employee concerns, including compensation, leaves, and benefits.

Recruitment and Talent Management

  • Source and onboard qualified candidates for both office-based and field-based positions.
  • Ensure hiring processes align with company culture, values, and business goals.

Administrative & Operations Management

Communication and Coordination

  • Serve as liaison between internal departments and external partners.
  • Represent management during their absence when necessary.

Records Management

  • Maintain organized HR and administrative records in compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Other Duties

  • Assist in company event coordination and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of solid HR experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems/tools.

Work Setup

  • Location: Office-Based – Muntinlupa City
  • Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
