We're looking for a Vendor Coordinator to lead vendor onboarding, outreach, and communication for our events. You'll connect with new and existing vendors, guide them through the onboarding process, share all event details, and make sure everything stays organized before, during, and after each event.

What You'll Do:

  • Research, reach out, and onboard potential vendors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors.
  • Manage the vendor database, contracts, and schedules.
  • Share event details, setup rules, and updates through calls, texts, and emails.
  • Follow up on payments, permits, and required documents.
  • Create newsletters and follow-up messages to keep vendors informed.
  • Provide admin and event support to ensure smooth operations.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills (phone, text, and email).
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with multitasking abilities.
  • Friendly, professional, and confident when speaking with vendors.
  • Comfortable handling outreach and onboarding tasks independently.
  • Previous experience in vendor relations, event coordination, or admin support is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php330.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
