As a Research and Development Specialist, your role will be centered on product innovation and development ensuring the highest quality and safety standards are observed. These are products for food service and commercial use.

What you'll be doing

-Conduct extensive research and testing together with our product specialists.

-Develop and optimize formulations, recipes, and manufacturing methods to improve product quality, safety, and efficiency

-Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and maintain a competitive edge.

-Guide the create quality assurance standards from pre production up to post production and shelf performance

-monitor product performance and market demand and/or feedback

-work with marketing team on creating collaterals and campaigns for the promotion of developed products

-create process documents pertaining to developed product

What we're looking for

-Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related scientific discipline

-Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in research and development within the food industry ( Product Development , Food Manufacturing or commissary based kitchen operations )

-Proven track record of successfully developing and launching innovative food products or processes

-Knowledge of Food safety standards ( HACCP. GMP)

-Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills

-Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and data analysis tools

-Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

-Passion for staying at the forefront of food technology and safety trends

-Willing to work onsite in Sun Valley, Paranaque
