About the role

As a Technical & Research Development Specialist at Corporate Resources Group (CRG) Services Corp.', you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and excellence within our Technical & Research Development division. This full-time position is based in Santolan Pasig City Metro Manila, offering the opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth and development of our company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conduct in-depth research and development to identify new technologies, processes, and solutions that enhance food quality, safety, and production efficiency
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement innovative food technology initiatives
  3. Analyse and interpret data to recommend improvements to existing food processing methods and product formulations
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement
  5. Provide technical expertise and guidance to support the development and launch of new food products
  6. Document and communicate research findings, recommendations, and implementation plans to key stakeholders

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology or a related scientific discipline
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in research and development within the food industry
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
  4. Proficient in the use of laboratory equipment and analytical tools
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  6. Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in food technology
