Duties and Responsibilities:

Research, designs and develops products and processes in accordance with market demands as agreed by management.

· Performs regular duties involving formulation creation, sensory evaluation, analysis, recipe audit, and product profiling

· Applies new technologies, optimizing production by analysing processes and identifying process conditions, designing, installing and commissioning new production plant

· Process application for product registration/ license to operate

· Writes reports such as management/technical reports

· Attends to customer complaints and inquiries

· Perform other duties assigned from time to time.

Schedule of work: Monday to Saturday

Qualification:

· Graduate of BS Food Technology, BS Chemistry.

· At least 3 years solid experience in Quality Assurance and Research and Development.

· Familiar in Product Development process

· Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel)
