About the Role

Join NutriAsia's Customer Marketing Development (CMD) team As a
Channel Marketing Manager
, you'll play a critical role in translating brand strategies into
channel-specific executions
that drive shopper conversion, optimize retail performance, and accelerate category and channel growth.

You'll be responsible for tailoring marketing strategies and sales initiatives for different
retail channels
, ensuring that NutriAsia's brands win at the point of purchase through effective in-store visibility, promotions, and customer engagement programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate brand strategies into channel executions
    to drive sales and visibility in key retail environments.
  • Develop and implement retail-specific marketing plans
    aligned with each channel's shopper behavior, demographics, and operational dynamics.
  • Lead channel growth strategies
    and collaborate with sales teams to address channel-specific opportunities and challenges.
  • Manage trade promotions and activation programs
    that deliver measurable sales uplift and shopper conversion.
  • Monitor and optimize trade investments
    to ensure efficiency, ROI, and alignment with brand and business goals.
  • Analyze shopper and customer insights
    to identify key growth drivers and improve promotional effectiveness at the point of purchase.
  • Partner cross-functionally
    with Brand Marketing, Category CMD, and Field Sales teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in Channel Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Customer Development (FMCG experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of
    retail environments, shopper behavior
    , and
    channel dynamics
    (e.g., Modern Trade, General Trade, Convenience).
  • Proven ability to manage
    channel-specific activations, promotions, and visibility programs
    .
  • Excellent collaboration, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
